Entering from the street, you can see the charming Victorian architecture
and a spacious patio where you can spend those sunny days and warm evenings. Enjoy the BBQ and the pass through kitchen window
as you dine on the patio. Even the free WiFi reaches to the patio.
Immediately on your left when you enter is the kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, toaster,
coffeemaker, dishes utensils and all amenities you need to cook fine cuisine or a quick meal for your family. A view of the
bay is always nice from the kitchen.
Across from the kitchen is the dining room filled with lovely oak furniture. French doors allow this
room to open to the outside patio.
Relax in the comfortable living room complete with cable, large TV,DVD and VCR.
And …a fireplace another room we call a Den which has a large cable connected TV, WiFi and comfortable leather
furniture is located just off this livingroom.
When you head upstairs, you will find three bedrooms (linens included) and two baths.
The master bedroom is complete with its own bath, walk –in closet,large TV,VCR, balcony, king-size bed, fireplace and
a view of the bay. The other two bedrooms contain one bed each, a king and a queen. This home sleeps six friendly people.
A
third bathroom (great for showers after a day in the sand) and laundry room are located downstairs and accessed from a side
door outside or from the Den inside.
If you walk out the front door and four houses to the beach you
will see the Balboa Pavilion and a parade of lovely yachts.
