Balboa Island is easy to find in Newport Beach Harbor, California.

Take the 405 Freeway and get off at Jamboree and head south toward the Pacific Ocean. Jamboree goes directly on to Balboa Island and once on the Island Jamboree changes names to Marine Ave. Once on Marine Ave., make a right onto Park Ave and follow many blocks till you pass the Ferry (Agate Ave.). Then make a left onto Garnet Ave. (it is a one way street). The house will be on your left with a street lamp in front of it.

You are 10 minutes from John Wayne Airport, and 50 minutes from LAX.
